Purpose

Directly oversees the quality department coordinating responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all custom complaints are investigated and resolved in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Work with functional groups to facilitate communication the of complaints and resolution
  • Ensure organization is in compliance with the requirements as specified in all regulatory documents as they pertain to the manufacturing of product produced in the facility.
  • Conduct all quality training.
  • Support ISO.
Qualifications
  • 4 year degree and/or equivalent training and experience.
  • ISO experience.
