In this pivotal role, you'll be the guardian of our data center operations, driving reliability and performance while optimizing operational efficiency across complex technical environments.

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure and ensure high‑quality work without impacting customers.
• Manage teams of 24×7 engineering technicians across all facets of their careers.
• Lead improvement projects, coordinating with multiple support teams from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third‑party vendors to ensure adherence to contracted SLAs.
• Efficiently manage operations budget and expenditures.
• Serve as after‑hour on‑call Data Center Facility Manager, responding to issues and overseeing investigation, mitigation, and recovery.

• 2+ years of work in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of administrative experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

• In‑depth knowledge of critical data center operations systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switch gear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience in a data center or other mission‑critical environment.
• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stoop, bend, and climb to access equipment.
• Behavioral interviewing and hiring experience.

The base salary range for this position is $117,300–$171,300 annually. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). The package also covers health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance, optional Supplemental life plans, EAP, mental health support, medical advice line), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
