Job Description

Packer responsible for machine setup and fulfilling orders by arranging inventory in shipping containers, preparing for shipment and performing basic troubleshooting. Duties include interpreting order invoices, performing quality control, stacking items securely in the correct packaging.

• Weigh packages and label them appropriately.
• Inspect product to ensure they meet specification.
• Assemble daily orders by shipping location or other shipping categories.
• Fill out packing and order forms with the relevant shipping information.
• Seal shipping containers and label them appropriately.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Follow all safety and food safety rules.

• Good knowledge of basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment for long hours.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
