Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of IPC J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) is a plus
- Previous assembly experience is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Understanding of decimals and fractions
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience solder tinning wire is a plus
- Monday
- Friday - Flexible start time between 5:30 AM
-8:00 AM - 8hours shift, 40 hours per week
- OT as needed
- Temp to hire
