* Fill containers such as oil cans, grease guns, or lubrication truck tanks with specified lubricants.

* Ensure all reservoirs are properly filled and that moving parts and friction surfaces are adequately greased.

* Adjust oil cup valves to regulate the flow of oil to moving components.

* Fill wells and sumps of lubrication systems with oil as required.

* Inspect machinery to assess general operating conditions, identifying premature wear, defects, or malfunctions.

* Document inspection results on daily reports and immediately report any concerns to the supervisor.

* Clean machines, sweep floors, and transport stock as needed.

* Perform general plant housekeeping, including sweeping, vacuuming warehouse floors, cleaning hoppers, and disposing of waste.

* Maintain facility grounds by removing trash and weeds.

* Assist with painting using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

* Conduct cycle counts (physical inventory) of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies.

* File paperwork and assist with data entry and quality analysis.

* Perform equipment calibrations and support inspection processes.

* Conduct safety audits to identify unsafe conditions or behaviors.

* Support safety initiatives by assisting with training preparation and delivering training to employees.

* Operate forklifts to support maintenance, production, and shipping operations.

* Attend and participate in additional training sessions as required

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required.

* Upon Hire:
Mine Safety and Health Administration New Miner Training, Haz Com and ISO training.

* Prioritizing and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, Completes work in timely manner.

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

* Follows instructions, Responds to management direction

* Follow all statutory, regulatory, and organizational procedures to protect the environment from hazardous waste exposure.

* Ability to work in confined as spaces and elevated locations.
