Our client is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Operations Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting critical infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and oversee data center engineering operations on-site, ensuring safety and efficiency standards are maintained.

+ Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality work and adherence to procedures.

+ Establish performance benchmarks, analyze operational data, and prepare detailed reports on facility performance.

+ Operate and maintain critical systems such as switch gear, generators, UPS, chillers, and cooling towers, including emergency response when necessary.

+ Assist in designing, building, and optimizing new and existing facilities to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's Degree or Technical (Military/Trade School) Degree with relevant experience.

+ 0-2 years of relevant work experience in data center or engineering environments.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

+ Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

+ Fundamental knowledge of network design, low voltage cabling, and critical infrastructure systems.
