Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Overtime on Fridays as needed Pay:
Starting at $19.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential Higher starting pay possible depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
• Build commercial seating products across multiple production areas
• Work in cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery, and assembly
• Follow standard work to ensure quality and efficiency
• Rotate across skill areas and grow your capabilities over time
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to perform moderate physical work throughout the shift
• Reliability and a team-first mindset
