• Position:
  Access Secure Pak Quality Control Associate
• 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (Monday‑Thursday)

The role ensures customer orders are accurate, complete, and meet quality standards before shipment, reducing errors and improving customer satisfaction.

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all outbound orders, verifying item counts, product types, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shipment inspections to identify and flag damaged or non‑conforming items.
• Cross‑reference pick tickets, packing slips, and WMS data to validate order consistency.
• Scan and verify barcodes or SKUs using handheld scanners.
• Document and report discrepancies, product defects, and quality concerns.
• Collaborate with picking, packing, and shipping teams to resolve errors in real time.
• Monitor and report daily quality metrics such as error rates and throughput.
• Ensure packaging meets presentation standards.
• Adhere to SOPs, OSHA safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain quality control logs and inspection reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate bottlenecks, staffing gaps, or quality trends in shift briefings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free workstation (5S).
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts as directed.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous shipping, warehouse, or palletizing experience.
• Availability for overtime.
• Strong error detection, quick and accurate.
• Basic understanding of fulfillment, shipping, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and barcode readers.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
