Employnet is seeking an Assembler to support manufacturing operations by building, inspecting, and packaging mechanical and electromechanical components used in HVAC control systems. This role is responsible for maintaining high‑quality standards, meeting production targets, and ensuring efficient workflow on the assembly line.
The Assembler works as part of a team in a fast‑paced production environment focused on precision, safety, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and verify correct parts for production orders
- Assemble sub‑components and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and production specifications
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Package finished products for shipment or next production stage
- Mount and fit mechanical and electronic components as required
- Maintain accurate order tracking, labeling, and basic production documentation
- Perform basic computer tasks (order printing, label creation, confirmations)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support shipping and material flow when needed
- Follow standardized work processes to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of recent long‑term consecutive work history
- Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and work orders
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a production/warehouse environment
- Experience in manufacturing or production line work
- Familiarity with basic tools and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills (labeling systems, order tracking)
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
