Shift: Monday-Friday (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)

Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician maintains production machinery by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement activities. This role may also perform operator functions.
- Check settings, gauge readings, and sensor readings to keep machines operating at proper specifications
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines per documented requirements
- Observe machines visually and audibly for abnormalities
- Tighten bolts and inspect belts and chains for wear and proper tensions
- Handle simple machinist tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, oil change, and part replacement
- Restore machines to correct operating functions
- Make mechanical and pneumatic adjustments as needed
- Recover all error codes
- Use hand, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to perform duties
- Report faulty operations and defective material to supervision
- Support machine and process modifications to increase efficiency and production
- Partner with operators on cleaning tasks, minor repairs, and machine adjustments
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all work performed on equipment
- Full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and full hazmat suit with respirator as required for safety

Education:
- Basic:
Some high school education - Preferred:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Essential
Qualifications:
- Working‑level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years production or manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Resilient and self‑motivated
