Employnet is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist with the production, packaging, and quality control of high‑quality spice and seasoning products in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. If you are detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Operate production equipment according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately package, label, and prepare spice and seasoning products for shipment.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients following established production recipes and specifications.
- Monitor machinery and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and all company safety policies.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas.
- Assist with material handling, stocking production lines, and transporting finished goods.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other production‑related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
