Yard Personnel - Reno

Yard Personnel - MUST HAVE HEAVY EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE What you’ll be doing:

Shoveling material, sweeping around the plant and hosing down the yard Driving forklift, backhoe or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor

Keeping reclaim ponds clean so trucks can continue to unload their extra ready mix material

Helping mechanics fix plants when issues arise

Moving or loading material from one location to another, operating heavy duty equipment

Landscaping that includes weeding and raking

Emptying bins/garbage from main office or plants when full or requested

Cutting, bending, and welding rebar

Pouring and finishing concrete septic tanks into forms and other various concrete precast items

Assembling plastic septic tanks and/or pulling related parts for customer orders

What you’ll need:

Dependable transportation

Ability to follow verbal and written instruction

Must be able to read, write, and speak English Ability to start work at 6 AM, or earlier, work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays Loader and/or forklift experience is a plus!

Precast experience is appreciated, but not required

Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred
