Job DetailsJob Title: Machine Operator
Shift: Days and Nights
Department: Electrode
Responsibilities- Operate one or several lithium‑ion battery cell production machines, including inspection and conveyance equipment.
- Start up and run machines; identify and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Deliver materials to production floor and use barcode scanners.
- Analyze workload estimates and perform multi‑tasking.
- Assist Maintenance Technicians with preventive maintenance and equipment clean‑up.
- Monitor processes and perform visual quality checks to meet acceptance standards.
- Maintain production logs, QC records, and shift logs.
- Follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and 6S cleanliness standards.
- Adhere to safety rules, environmental regulations, company policies, and work instructions.
- Communicate effectively with co‑workers and maintenance teams.

- Lift 10–35 lbs. occasionally; team lift over 35 lbs. occasionally.
- Read, write, and speak English.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in a functional area.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing, automation, or assembly environments.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) in metric and standard units.
- Basic MS Office skills.
