Production Lead

RIX Industries is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations for advanced gas generation and compression systems. In this on-site role, you will coordinate production teams, assign work, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding strict safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. You will monitor KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to support complex builds and continuous improvement.
