Via Seating is hiring Production Associates to Upholster and Assemble on our 1st Shift team. This full-time position offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) with overtime on Fridays/Saturdays.
We provide hands-on training across cutting, wood/foam, kitting, upholstery and assembly. Starting rate is $19.00 per hour, plus a robust benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, company-paid Life/AD&D up to $25K, 401(k) with a 4% match, and 10 paid holidays per year.
