Our Production Lead II's support the Value Stream Supervisors in increasing the ratio of value to non-value added activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish for a defined product family.

They are also responsible for ensuring the value stream of 8 - 30 employees under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements. Production Lead II's need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions.

• In addition to a starting rate of $25.00/hour
