Essential Duties- Experience developing and auditing training assignments, procedures, and curriculums.
- Ability to translate verbal information into clearly written procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines (simultaneously managing multiple documentation projects).
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English grammar, spelling and punctuation.
- Excellent listening and observation skills.
- Well organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Mastery of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to judge and control document with consistency among the process in production.
- Has ability to coordinate with disciplines to establish the work flow of manufacturing training.
- Has management skills to manage non-exempt members throughout the process under effective quality, cost, and delivery aspects.
- Has ability to coordinate with HR group and other disciplines to develop and control skill versatility matrix with grading scales with impartiality throughout the process
- Has ability to develop and drive metrics to meet production needs.
- To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a possibility and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

Qualifications Requirements- Required and/or Preferred Education

Required:
High School Diploma or GED - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field
- 10 years of Manufacturing Experience
- 5 years of Supervisory experience directly in Manufacturing Training
- Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
