Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Cosmetic Skin Solutions is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help grow our online presence. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building their marketing career while gaining hands‑on experience in the skincare and beauty industry. The company already has established social media platforms with consistent weekly content. The ideal candidate will help manage and expand these platforms while learning and developing their marketing skills.

• Assist with managing and creating content for Instagram, Meta/Facebook, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Assist with managing and updating the company's Shopify platform
• Research and identify potential UGC creators and influencers
• Assist with influencer outreach and relationship building
• Help develop engaging social media content and campaigns
• Monitor social media engagement, trends, and performance
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining weekly social media posts
• Support general marketing projects and initiatives
• Learn and apply new digital marketing strategies and trends

• Creative, motivated, and eager to learn
• Interested in social media, digital marketing, skincare, beauty, or e-commerce
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently while also collaborating with the team
• Experience with social media, content creation, Shopify, or marketing is a plus, but training will be provided

• May be required to lift up-to 25lbs
• May be required to perform repetitive motions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a team environment
