This Quality Coordinator opportunity is full‑time at 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday schedule. It offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The Quality Coordinator helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program. This includes supporting the corporation's performance improvement process, identifying performance trends, prioritizing, and recommending improvements. The role also plays a supportive part in ensuring compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and will investigate specific areas of concern as identified by leadership.
Job Duties / Responsibilities- Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core Measures and FMEAs.
- Analyzes data and provides feedback to the Director.
- Assists Nursing leadership in developing tools to measure compliance (audit tool design, planning, education, collaborative implementation, evaluation, and follow‑up).
- Serves as a resource for Nursing leadership, staff, and Medical Staff as needed.

- Current RN license in the state of Nevada
- Three to five years of clinical experience
- PI or QA experience preferred
