Job Title: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour Night Shifts
Hours: 36 hours per week

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join an acute care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor telemetry patients, and support positive clinical outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered nursing care
• Perform comprehensive initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Complete admission assessments within required time frames
• Interpret clinical data, including lab results and patient symptoms
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Active RN license (state or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of recent full-time Med/Surg Telemetry experience in an acute care setting
• Current certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NIHSS (Stroke Scale Certification)
• Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings and assessments

• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility (travel requirement)
