The hospital is a 124‑bed acute care hospital located on 23 hillside acres at 2375 E. Prater Way in Sparks, Nevada.
Relocation offered. This ICU Registered Nurse position is full time, 36 hours per week, with full benefits and a convenient night shift. The nurse will provide safe, competent care in accordance with facility policies, support the healthcare team, and demonstrate service excellence.

- Construct and implement the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill, integrating direct and indirect activities related to diagnosis and co‑morbidities.
- Coordinate the implementation of the interdisciplinary care plan for assigned patients, developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual needs.
- Consistently complete hourly rounds to strengthen communication and safety, proactively evaluating the environment.
- Support and inform patients and families about the Patient Centered Care Delivery model components, including open record policy and family presence.

- Current Nevada nursing license.
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS or obtained within six months of hire.
