Full-Time with Weekend Commitment – Day/Night rotation. Rotating 7:00 AM–7:30 PM / 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.

Salary: $37.15–$57.58 per hour (experience based).

As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age‑appropriate patient care and serves as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

• Telemetry experience required.
• Peds, PICU, or NICU experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• RN license in Maryland or an applicable Compact State.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Stable within 6 months of hire.
• Chemo/biotherapy provider course within 6 months of hire.
• Preferred:
  Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Pediatric or Neonatal.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Trauma certification within 6 months of hire.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of hire.

Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule and a weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
