Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Sparks, Nevada.

Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) Registered Nurse (RN) Nights, Sparks, Nevada. This role provides competent, capable, caring, and efficient nursing care for patients requiring medical-surgical services with telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing assessments, completing admission assessments within required time frames, and documenting patient care in alignment with licensure, certification, training, and applicable regulatory requirements. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

  Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program; current state or compact nursing license; current National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; 2+ years full-time Medical Surgical with Telemetry (Med Tele) experience in an acute care setting
