This Quality Coordinator opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday schedule. It offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The Quality Coordinator helps coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program. This includes supporting the corporation’s performance improvement process, identifying performance trends, as well as prioritizing, and recommending improvements. Also plays a supportive role in ensuring compliance with all The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
Will investigate specific areas of concern as identified by the leadership.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs oversight, monitoring and compliance with CMS Core measures and FMEA’s.
- Analyze data and provide feedback to Director.
- Assist Nursing leadership in developing tools to measure compliance (audit tool design, plan educate, collaborate implementation) evaluation and follow-up
- Serve as a resource for Nursing leadership and staff, and Medical Staff as needed.

- Current RN license in the state of Nevada
- Three to five years clinical experience.
- PI or QA experience preferred.
