RN III - ICU Per Diem Nights

Position Overview: This ICU Registered Nurse role involves providing safe, competent, and patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The nurse will assess patients' psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and cultural needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary treatment and discharge planning. Responsibilities include conducting hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort, as well as supporting the healthcare team with professional leadership.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Current Nevada nursing license
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Preferably one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in acute care
• Handle with Care certification or ability to obtain within six months

• Implementing patient care plans based on nursing knowledge and patient needs
• Engaging patients and families to address diverse needs
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming environment through purposeful hourly rounds
• Providing leadership and support to the healthcare team
