Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years in medical/surgical or rehabilitation nursing
- Preferred certifications: CWOCN or CWCN
- Knowledge of wound management principles, anatomy, and physiology
- Ability to perform wound assessments and develop skin care strategies
- Conduct wound assessments, management, and reassessments
- Educate patients, families, and staff on wound care and prevention
- Develop and implement skin care and prevention programs
- Support performance improvement initiatives
- Perform general nursing duties as needed
