Role
Float Pool Registered Nurse providing direct and indirect patient care across all hospital units with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Perform bedside reporting
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Evaluate patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Utilize triage protocols for timely care and monitor cardiac rhythms, responding per ACLS guidelines
- Must be adaptable to float to various departments and respond swiftly to clinical changes
- Current NV nursing license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- A minimum of two years' acute care experience
- Strong assessment skills
- Communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
