Role: Pre/Post Cath Lab Registered Nurse (per diem) providing direct patient care to adult populations in a cardiovascular lab setting.
Responsibilities Include- Admitting, recovering, and discharging patients from the Cardiovascular Lab.
- Assessing patient condition and providing age-appropriate care.
- Monitoring equipment, assisting during procedures, and administering moderate sedation under physician guidance.
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively about patient status.
- Participating in performance and quality improvement activities.
- Current NV nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and POC certification.
- Minimum of 2 years telemetry experience;
Cath Lab experience preferred. - Experience in acute care settings desirable.
- Ability to perform thorough head-to-toe assessments and re-assessments.
- Willingness to take call/standby as needed.
