Registered Nurse

Position Overview: This role is for a Cath Lab Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care to adult patients in a fast-paced, interventional environment. The nurse will assess patient needs, monitor equipment, assist with procedures, administer moderate sedation under physician guidance, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include admitting, recovering, discharging patients, and evaluating outcomes to ensure optimal care.

The role requires a solid understanding of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care and interpret patient data to meet individual needs.

• Key duties:
  
  Patient admission, recovery, discharge; assisting during procedures; ensuring lab readiness; providing age-specific care; participating in quality improvement activities.
• Qualifications:
  
  Current NV nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and POC certification (within 6 months). Minimum one year of acute care experience; telemetry and Cath Lab experience preferred. Willingness to take call/standby as needed.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
