Position: Membership Receptionist (Pinecrest Academy)
## Description

** The
** Membership Aide
** greets members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, provides information about Club programs, and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creating a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up.

* ** These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Aide:
*** Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.
* Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.
* Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries.
* Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.

** This is what your schedule would look like:
*** This role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments or class schedules.

* Shifts:

7 AM - 9 AM & 2 PM - 6 PM.

* Work location:

Pincrest Academy.

** We have great staff that can teach you skills on the job, but there are some traits that will make you more successful as a Membership Aide.
*** Bilingual (English/Spanish)
** strongly preferred**.
* You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual
* You want to pursue a career in data entry, billing, and accounts receivable
* You have a passion for building a better community
* You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff and parents.
* Minimum of 17 years or older
** As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete.
*** You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you don’t have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
* You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, background check, and fingerprint check.
