Quality Systems Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing
Are you passionate about quality, leadership, and advanced manufacturing? At ERG Aerospace, we develop patented Duocel® foam materials used in aerospace, defense, energy, and space applications worldwide. Our technology helps industry leaders improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support critical systems both on Earth and in space.
We are seeking a hands‑on Quality Systems Manager to lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) at our Sparks, NV facility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain AS9100-compliant Quality Management System
- Oversee quality inspection activities throughout production
- Manage corrective actions, internal audits, document control, change control, and training programs
- Serve as Lead Auditor for internal and external audits
- Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Engineering on investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote quality standards, customer requirements, and best practices throughout the facility
- Supervise and develop Quality team members
- 5+ years of quality systems experience in manufacturing or aerospace
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience implementing and managing QMS programs
- Lead Auditor certification and AS9100/ISO
9001 audit experience required - Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
