QA​/QC Supervisor

General Job Description

As the QA/QC Supervisor you will lead the QA/QC Project Team, setting clear expectations and actively coaching and developing direct reports. You will ensure the First‑in Inspection process effectively reduces risk and minimizes costs due to fabrication and installation errors, promote resolution of quality issues with the Project Team, and monitor all quality issues to ensure systematic problems are addressed. You will audit the execution of the Project Specific Quality Control Plan to ensure all commitments are adhered to and meet the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.

You will work proactively with the Project Management Team to support project success and provide input on quality requirement changes. In this role you are responsible for the direct oversight, coordination, and execution of Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across a defined group of projects within a limited geographic area, providing hands‑on leadership, daily project interface, and real‑time quality risk management for active fabrication shops and field sites.
