Snack Bar Attendant

Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for seasonal Snack Bar Attendants (David’s Express). We offer a fun work environment and flexible schedules. Willing to train, some basic cocktail making or barista experience helpful. Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol.
Pay: $13.00/hour (+tips)

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.
• Processes snack bar purchases with point of sales (POS) system.
• Accountable for cash and check transactions.
• Prepares and serves food and beverage items.
• Makes and serves basic cocktails to guests.
• Makes and serves coffee drinks to guests.
• Maintains organized and clean work area.
• Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products.
• Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered.
• Stocks and inventories products
• Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management
• Performs other duties as required.

• Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and get Alcohol Awareness card if hired.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Barista and basic cocktail experience helpful.
• Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems helpful.
