• Prepare batter for chicken and seafood, fries, and any other fried products
• Monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
• Turn and pull product past holding time
• Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
• Bake and dress biscuits
• Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
• Assist in filling and packaging orders
• Monitor and correct the cleanliness of the restaurant

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and availability on weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with restaurant sanitation and safety regulations
• Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
• Experience with addressing customer complaints
• Problem-solving and conflict management abilities
