Universal Health Services - 2375 East Prater Way - Responsibilities:
Prepare food items for hospital patients, staff, and visitors according to recipes;
Determine types and quantities of foods to be prepared by reviewing planned menus;
Ensure meals are ready at specified times and consult with director/supervisor regarding use of leftover food;
Prepare all foods according to approved recipes and suitable appearance standards;
Assist in storing foods and communicating low supplies to supervisor
