Shift: 24‑hour availability required

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3‑5 years of experience managing a high‑volume gas station required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with POS systems, back‑office software, scheduling, and reporting
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
• Ability to lift up to 30‑40 lbs and thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting
• Strong customer service mindset with a hands‑on management approach

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise store team members
• Enforce compliance with age‑restricted sales and  policies
• Oversee daily cash controls, deposits, safe counts, and shift paperwork
• Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, vendor coordination, and shrink control
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully compliant store and forecourt
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure proper operation of fuel pumps, POS systems, and store equipment
• Execute promotions, merchandising standards, and pricing updates
• Monitor labor costs, cost of goods sold, and key performance indicators
• Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and hands‑on support
