Thrift Store Grader​/Pricer Ii

Under direction of the Store Manager, performs a multitude of tasks, which include processing goods and/or pricing for the floor. Daily tasks: sets target goals of production. A grader may be in apparel or accessories. jewelry, shoes, housewares, electrical or books. They may be asked to perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• Works with crew to meet process goals/targets by grading for quality merchandise
• Process donations through work stations to sales area, and follow rotation schedules
• Share experiences, answer questions, set a standard for other employees
• Maintain the movement of goods to/from the floor or warehouse operation
• Follow prescribed procedures for best practices
• Able to be cross trained

• Education:
  
  High School diploma (GED), or direct experience required
• Experience:
  
  1 year retail processing experience
• Skills/Abilities:
  Excellent customer service, strong communication/organization skills, ability to multi-task and follow up

• Regular periods of standing and walking
• Regular movements required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
