E. Glendale Ave., Sparks, Nevada 89431. Pay range is based on experience, from $16.50 to $18.50. We are looking for Team Members to lead the way today and to step into greater roles tomorrow. This role is a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) and we would love to have you join our team at EZCORP.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that clearly sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.
• Process loans and extensions.
• Negotiate terms regarding items to be pawned and come to jointly satisfactory terms.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members and influence team performance.

• Engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to read and manage customer needs.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, strong time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build solid, ongoing customer relationships.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
