What Drives SuccessAs a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage day‑to‑day operations, collaborate with the Store Manager, maintain inventory, and prepare items for shipment.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To- Provide a high level of customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
- Maintain the appearance of the store.
- Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills.
- Be self‑motivated and interested in advancement.
- Project a powerful customer presence.
- Be detail oriented and organized.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering, and carrying out open/close procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years of related experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills required—Microsoft applications. Knowledge of HVAC systems required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
What We OfferCompensation
:
This is a salaried non‑exempt role, paid a salary plus overtime when working more than 40 hours. Starting salary range is $46K–$59,850 annually. Salary may be adjusted for geography, skills, education, and experience.
Employees are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the company’s plan.
