As a Counter Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, manage day‑to‑day operations, collaborate with the Store Manager, maintain inventory, and prepare items for shipment.

• Provide a high level of customer service with product expertise and selling skills.
• Maintain the appearance of the store.
• Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills.
• Be self‑motivated and interested in advancement.

• Be detail oriented and organized.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Complete all assigned training within the given timeframe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform as Store Manager when needed, including scheduling, ordering, and carrying out open/close procedures.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years of related experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills required—Microsoft applications. Knowledge of HVAC systems required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
:
This is a salaried non‑exempt role, paid a salary plus overtime when working more than 40 hours. Starting salary range is $46K–$59,850 annually. Salary may be adjusted for geography, skills, education, and experience.

Employees are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the company’s plan.
