Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, training and coaching will be provided.

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $18.48 and $22.46 per hour plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Working 20–24 hours per week averages $30,725 in total compensation. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise and education/training.
