As a Sales Associate (Product Specialist) at Skechers, you will be the face of the brand in a fast‑paced store environment. You will provide personalized customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store running smoothly.

• Engage customers to build relationships and recommend products that meet their needs.
• Execute daily cashier functions accurately and efficiently.
• Aim to meet and exceed store and individual sales targets.
• Keep displays organized, restock shelves, and maintain a neat store appearance, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Share knowledge of the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates to create an inviting environment that reflects Skechers brand standards.

• High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required.
• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working a flexible schedule—including evenings and weekends.
• At least 18 years old at time of application.
• Passion for retail and eagerness to represent Skechers with energy and enthusiasm.
