What you'll be doing

As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers explore and purchase Verizon products and services while building long‑term relationships and advancing your sales career.

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who may be interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. You can earn up to $18,000 a year in commission and potentially an additional $14,500 or more, totalling $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually. The starting base pay rate for the location listed is $18.27 per hour.

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant work or military experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance)
• Openness to pick up additional shifts for increased income, typically during summer months, November–December, and peak vacation periods
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred)
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Work onsite at a defined location(s).

40 hours per week.
