What you'll be doing
As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers explore and purchase Verizon products and services while building long‑term relationships and advancing your sales career.
- Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
- Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
- Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Grow your customer base by making outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who may be interested in our products and services.
- Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour. You can earn up to $18,000 a year in commission and potentially an additional $14,500 or more, totalling $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually. The starting base pay rate for the location listed is $18.27 per hour.

What we're looking for- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant work or military experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance)
- Openness to pick up additional shifts for increased income, typically during summer months, November–December, and peak vacation periods
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment (preferred)
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience (preferred)
Work onsite at a defined location(s).
Scheduled Weekly Hours40 hours per week.
