Job Overview
Requires office presence minimum 5 days per week, only in posted locations. No relocation offered.
Part-time, 20-24 hours per week, typically 9 am-9 pm, including weekends to cover peak customer hours. Monthly seniority-based schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through AT&T’s product and service options.
- Create meaningful connections with every customer, delivering personalized sales expertise.
- Participate in community events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Meet sales targets and earn commissions, supported by tools, training, and coaching.
Hourly pay $18.48 - $22.46, plus up to $6,850 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With 20-24 hours per week, earnings average $30,725 per year in total compensation. Salary depends on geography, experience, and training.
Qualifications- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Strong drive and passion for helping people.
- Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
- No sales experience required; training and coaching provided.
