We are looking for a Sales Professional to promote industrial air compressor service solutions to manufacturing and food processing facilities. The role is entry‑level, focused on selling service plans and preventative maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities- Conduct business‑to‑business sales calls to manufacturing and food‑processing facilities in the region for parts, service, and maintenance agreements.
- Sell preventative‑maintenance contracts with new equipment, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers.
- Prepare and send product specifications and quotation packages to customers.
- Make follow‑up calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain contact with customers before, during, and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel daily within the assigned territory to client locations when necessary.
- 3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of outside sales experience in air compressor service or industrial sales. Examples include automotive, heavy equipment, rental yard, and industrial supplies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to understand technical processes and mechanical systems.
- Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Work ethic focused on delighting the customer.
- Acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines.
Pay range: $65,000 – $85,000.
Travel: driving to customer sites; company vehicle with gas card.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.

Training:
Sales and product training will be provided.
