Door Controls USA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help drive sales growth for our manual door hardware products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find the right hardware solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with outbound sales and excited to grow their product knowledge.

• Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote DCM closers, hinges, locks, pivots, exit devices, and accessories
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive customer outreach
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes to generate and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and account management
• Develop a strong understanding of our product line to recommend hardware based on customer needs
• Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to support key accounts and new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM
• Participate in sales meetings and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
• Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts

• 2–4 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with manual door hardware or related building products is preferred
• Proven success with outbound calling and business development is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred
• High school diploma or GED
