Garda World Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer with a strong focus on customer service. The role involves engaging with people across shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Shift 1:
  Day: 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM:
  Wednesday to Saturday
• Shift 2:
  Grave: 7:45 PM to 8:15 AM:
  Sunday to Wednesday
• Shift 3:
  Must have open availability
• Competitive hourly wage of $23.63 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location
• Provide rapid response in critical situations
• Read and write detailed reports
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards as required
• When working in the lobby, perform access control and maintain order by checking IDs of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors; keep areas clear and hazards minimized
• Patrol inside or outside as assigned, requiring physical ability and safe vehicle operation
• Stand, sit, walk, and endure weather conditions throughout the shift

• Authorized to work in the US
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid PILB license
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• CPR/AED/FIRST AID Certification or ability to obtain within 7 days of an offer
• Superior people skills
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• 1 year of security experience or equivalent law/military experience
• Physical stamina to walk, sit, stand, and endure weather conditions
• Strong work ethic
