Security Officer - Manufacturer Patrol

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and support orderly entry and exit procedures for staff and authorized guests.
• Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders when needed, and complete required reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily activity.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
