Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, technology work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols;
Support day-to-day operations at the location by providing directions, answering questions, and addressing security-related concerns with professionalism and courtesy
