Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine driving and foot patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper site protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and verify entry activity in accordance with site policies, helping to support a controlled environment for personnel and visitors.

+ Communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or local responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
