As a Security Officer - Warehouse Day Shift in Sparks, NV
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $26.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, work areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations while maintaining clear and accurate incident and patrol documentation.
• Support access control procedures by observing individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the location and escalating concerns in accordance with post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
